Singapore Hawker food has come a long way. unlike other countries where they have a lot of street food, singapore are mainly on hawker food and there is alot of famous hawker food that even we are dressed in dress or business suit we just can’t help ourselves for not loving them. Naming a few of my favourite and must eat will be Laksa, meesiam, fried kwey tiao , fried rice and rojak… of course the list will go on and on as i love to eat.
Usually for nice hawker food, the place to eat will be non aircon and can be a little bit troublesome to wait for a table and to “chope” a seat using tissue paper , etc And especially if i am dressed in dress with nice perfume on, i would rather go to a place where i can have Hawker food with ease and a nice environment.
Thanks to the nice people from Eastie Brekkie which is a lifestyle magazine, that brought me to the Grand Mercure Hotel at Feast at East for the Best of Hawker Delights.
